| when i scroll down the web page its choppy and it does like a wave effect gong down. What can be done to fix this? |

| Mk well i just installed the ATI drivers so once my downloads are finished ill reboot like it wants. I hope that fixes it. |

I would blame your video card but also... What do you use to scroll? Does it do that in every way you try scrolling, like using the arrow, mouse or scroll wheel?

May i know what kind of browser you use?
If you use FF3 i would suggest turning smooth scrolling on first
Tools>options>advanced>Use smooth scrolling
I dont see why it would be the drivers :S |

Because if you don't have a driver Windows loads its generic driver which usually sucks. Boot into safe mode with networking and go into FF3 with smooth scrolling enabled and it will still be choppy. Why? Windows loaded generic drivers.

Because he reformatted and was installing new drivers.
