Ok i got a really annoying problem, i can only open CEF now with proxy's since a while.. anyone know a solution for this?

why would i be banned if i did nothing wrong? and i didn't refresh to fast, i am like always afk ._.

perhaps you downloaded a trojan that targets cef, but you are autobanned by the system for having too many unfinished TCP connections open (syn)

i'm sure i don't have a trojan since i scanned 2 days ago... but is there anyway to be unbanned, since this is getting annoying and web proxies are way slower compared to my own internet
