For WDK (All things needed for driver = DDK):
https://connect.microsoft.com/directory/
Then login and Ctrl+F and search for WDK.
Then click apply and go through steps.
At end you will get an information page, click Download in the lists of links in the upper left.
The goto WDK for Server 2008 and download it.


DONE! Thats all you need + CE source to make a UCE.
P.S. I tryed to compress the WDK download, but I only got it to 95%, so I didn't think I would upload that.
