i figured it out, just need to know how to clean it up a bit.

how can u rotate it, and not like 90 degress, 180, etc., but like turn it like as if it wree 3d

You can try skewing the image/face.

CTRL+T It free transform, click outside of the image and drag around to rotate.

CTRL + T is the way to do it. i've done one before.
i would suggest using the smudge tool, blur tool and also change
the colour levels so the two images fit togther

Found it Very Happy (i did this about 2 years ago. it looks terrible now.)
