I have about $100 to spend.

Currently I have:
Graphics Card - Radeon X600 Series
Ram - 2 gigs

what should I get?

Information on the motherboard, CPU, and RAM type would be helpful (you can use the DirectX Diagnostic tool, or download CPU-Z or Everest).
Also, what are you going to do with the computer, play games like Crysis or just surf the web?

Based on just the information provided here, if you can find a good deal, then you can get an 8800GT at about that price ($80 for the XFX version with CoD4 was the cheapest I found). But then, there's a serious CPU bottleneck if you don't have a 'modern' processor.

It also depends on what you are going to use it for. I actually would perfer graphics card generally cause with the speed that stuff advances in, you blink it's time for a new one.
