Today, I'm turning on my shitty computer, and I find that it won't start up.

I went to boot options, and tried every single one. NONE worked!

It goes to Windows XP thing and then it auto-restarts, and I even disabled auto-restart, and got the error message that it encountered a problem.

Anyone know a solution.

are you booting up from disk?

so you cant access the regular computer screen at all? not even in safe mode?

I got this before. Your hard drive is corrupted due to random turn offs or pulling the plug. Reformat.
