I was wondering about the compatibility of the engines on Vista 64-bit because I plan on buying a HP tx2000 tablet with Vista Premium 64-bit and 4GB DDR.

According to Dark Byte Cheat Engine has limited functionality on x64 but he has managed to get Cheat Engine working on Vista x64 using DBVM.

I thought he created he Cheat Engine Lazarus for both 32-bit and 64-bit Vista.

half right.
Lazarus works in 64-bit and can handle 64-bit registers and allocate more than 1.8GB ram, but the driver still won't load because it is unsigned, unless you press f8 during boot and disable programs that require DRM

Thanks for your replies. If the engine is at least "working", I'll get 64-bit because it seems to have gotten better reviews.

And DarkByte, what up with the allusion: Cheat Engine Lazarus?
