What kind of file encryption do you reccomend I use? I'd like something that doesnt need to be installed if possible.

AXcrypt is a good encryption program, you have to install it but it's a pretty lightweight program.

You can't use anything that can't be installed" to encrypt something unless you are the God of computers that can will things to happen.
