Any computer can get a virus regardless of OS. Mac's just don't because virus writer's either don't know how to, or don't think it's a good enough use of time because like 80% of the world uses windows. And there is stuff he can do besides re-format >_>. Find it using an anti-virus and kill it.

I Have a a Prob like this, when i cancel iexplore in task list, it'll pop right back up, when i dont even have ie open.
Its quite akward.

You stupid tit  Have you been watching pr0n or what?
1.Download AVG 7.5(Free version) or 8.0 (you have to pay)
2.Scan your computer.
3.If you find something delete them.
4.Download a good spyware (AVG Has one in the 8.0version) and scan again.
5.If non of that worked then try System Restore and restore to a day when you didn't have the keylogger/virus/trojan (Most likly a trojan:P)
6.If you can't do a system restore it's probably becouse of the Trojan and the only thing you can do about it is.... FORMAT you computer =D And best way to avoid those trojans/viruses/spywares download Linux  (I have Windows XP Pro:P)

if possible, ctrl+alt+del, end the virus process, do antivirus, delete virus and you are all good. If not, boot in safe mode, delete virus. If not, reformat hard drives, and there is no way the virus is still there.

True. But some Viruses may be so strong such that they are not in the Process List. Reformatting is the best solution in my opinoin.

Run a full scan with av/antispyware.
have wierd error messages come up like "you need to install (whatever) to fix (whatever)"? thats bull.
the thing is, I've never been infected with a keylogger or hacked. But you're most likely hacked. Try to disable remote desktop or something.

My friends got them anyway.
But if you don't want any viruses macs are the way to go, they don't get them.

Mac's don't have some special fire-wall that is invincible. Most pro virus writers don't think it's worth their time to write a virus for Macs because it won't really do anything because A) Mac users are generally rich whiny brats that go to Mac support and fucking complain about the lighting issues and glare and lag and just get it fixed, or B) there aren't many Mac users to begin with so it's not worth writing the virus if you can only use it on a few people.

AVG will not detect trojans/kelogger packed/crypted with Themida, however if you have a firewall you should be able to block the program from accessing the internet.
Therefore I recomend you get AntiVir

None you know of you mean.
I 100% guarantee you, you have something just like anyone else does.
@SilentAssassin
If any of the scanners you use picked up on it and you know the name of it.
Why not look it up and see if there are removal instructions.
This would help get rid of the problem and you wont have to restore or reformat.
