I realise these questions may be retarded, but please bear with me, im not what you call computer genius smart or whatever. Anyways, i want to start to learn on how to hack games. What is the firstmost thing i need to do? (I have not downloaded anything yet because im not sure which thing to download... either tell me or put a link down, it would help a bunch..)

hacking is for the what you call computer genius smart or whatever. But, if you really wanne try do the tutorial first. It's included with CE.

Which version of CE would be good for me to start with? Can you put a link down so i know i download the right thing also?

Well, i tried 5.2 but it keeps telling me files are corrupted...ill go ahead and try 5.3 then
