sounds like a good idea. maybe you can also make it a place for questions, so i can post questions without getting warned! I know quiet a bit for my age about computers.

Well, since the sticky I've got up there (troubleshooting) is pretty close to the same topic, you can use that information in it, and SF can just remove mine.

Look over this section and select the topics that have been asked/repeatedly questioned. And write up information.

If you look in the section you can get allot of general common problematic topics to come up with.

Stuff like this causes people to call them names. But a simple answer instead of NOOB can help many people.

You can also add a dictionary in the section. I've seen people ask for common words like Ethernet or also for acronyms like FSB or CPU.

How much importance is certain parts and what do things really do. I remember when I started building computers, I had a real hard time figuring out or understanding what crap like north/south bridges did and what FSB was and what they really did for computers so I've made mistakes by judging them the wrong way

And also some more intermediate stuff such as teaching how to do simple overclocking.
