Then your screwed.
You'll have to get a new mobo, or contact the mobo manufacturer.
If you can't even boot to get a disc in with a new bios rom and utility, then your screwed.

not had to do it myself but you could try removing the cmos battery for half hour or more to reset the bios
sometimes the motherboard will have jumpers for this,
just make sure the computer is completely removed from the power mains before you open the pc

If you failed a BIOS flash, you're fucked.
I hope you know how to solder, otherwise guess what you're sending back?

I wish I could de-rep you for that. Seriously. The guy who already de-repped you was so right in doing so.
Choose one:
1. As slovach said, get a new bio chip and learn how to solder
2. Contact your mobo manufacturer and ask them what to do
3. Send your motherboard back for replacement (if you can)
4. Take the battery thing out of your motherboard and wait like a half hour. (I've had to do that before.)
5. Throw your motherboard out the window and buy a new one.

I honestly totally forget why I had to take the battery out one time (it was like 5 years ago or something), but I took it out and put it back in and it fixed my old(ooolllddd) computer. Suppose I should have credited you, but if any 8 year old were to read this thread they'd see that you said the thing about the battery first and I didn't feel the need to go back and look who said that first.
Not quite sure what the rest of your post is all about.

Yes, Bios are changeable, at least the ones that aren't soldiered to the mobo. All you had was a bad flash, don't listen to the noobs saying you're F***** Go to http://www.badflash.com/ and order yourself a new bios, you'll need some simple information about the chip type and such which they will help you with. Other than this, you should try to get a motherboard with dual or quad bios, gigabyte makes them. In the days of removable bios I used to just hotflash my own chips and make backups but now I use a gigabyte.
Personally I'd save the 30 bucks and just buy a new mobo with multiple bios
