Hi, I have just brought a brand new computer and when i turn it on the monitor says nothing in input and i have tried 2 diffrent monitors now and its the same ive tried with the driver in and with windows cd in but nothing happens! It has:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+
POV geforce 8600 gt 1024 mb
2 gb ram
wtf is happening?
yes man i got it to work! i just pushed on the vga post and then it got on its position!

Are you sure you plugged it properly into your computer? VGA/DVI Ports?

Open it (if it won't void your warranty) and check to make sure everything inside is seated properly, push on the video card and ram etc to make sure it's all firmly installed.

If you just bought it take it straight back. Don't pussy-foot around trying to solve it by posting on forums. Its new. The longer you hold it, the more reason for them not to co-operate.
Open it if it won't void you're warranty?! Umm... its new, but I guess it will be ok to unscrew the side and rip the security seal off...Duh! I guess I could tape it... And also about time you got a warning cheetah. Suprised to see it wasn't for arrogance tho...
