It is assigned by your internet service provider, so the only way to change it is to reboot your router/modem. And that is assuming your ISP assigns dynamic IP's from a pool of addresses. If not it will be static and you'll have to contact them, if its an urgent issue.

you can change using cmd erm somthing to do with ipconfig look up on google and youtube

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
pause


Copy-paste it into a notepad, save the notepad as whatever.bat and double click on it. If you're not going through a router, it'll change your IP address.
