so i am trying to play war craft 3 frozen throne...
and i need a minimum of this kind of video card. Minimum: 8 MB 3D Video Card with DirectX 8.1 support
and it saids all i have is this=You Have: W VGA Ot ()
whats that suppose to mean?! O__O

Get a new PSU and a new video card.

PSU is a Powersupply. You need a high enough Powersupply to supply all the parts in your PC with power. The better a graphics card is, the more power it consumes, so you need a better power supply. Luckily, it goes by watts, not volts, so it shouldn't make a significant difference in your electric bill.

Literally any video card that is brand new can play that game. I can think of ones that can't but you will have a hard time trying to find them.
You have to know what you are doing when you choose a graphics card. You have to know what slot your card supports, what slot's on your motherboard, if your PSU can supply the extra 6-pin PCI-e power, etc.

If your low on money just get like a 8600 GT 256mb,Its what I got and it plays all games very nicely.
