Most Linux Distros are free, but some like Linspire and Xandros you have to pay justa fraction of Windows.

I d/l OpenSuse,What Freezer uses,Can I get the programs that alows me to use .Exe's?

Yes, but not fully.

Free = Wine

Commercial = Crossover Linux Pro/Standard

100% WIndows Compatibility = Some sort of virtualisation program

(eg. Free = Virtual Box Commercial = VMware Stuff)

What do you mean?

Linux is an OS, so normally you have to burn it.
