EDIT: I'm back, did you guys get anything? if not should i just go ahead and scan in safe mode? and like I've stated before, I'm not sure if it is a virus or not, BUT it does slow down my comp and I have never seen it before.

Well, I read one thing, and it could be a graphical thing. Let me find where the option is, then we'll see if it's on for you.

Edit: Right click desktop > properties > appearance tab > effects.

Although I suck with hijack this logs, yours looks fine. It might just be a display option.

so do i change the fade effect to scroll effect? but....iunno

EDIT: well it does not seem to appear in the window task manager, so i might have been a graphic prob. it might be the effect i guess, but if it was a graphics problem why would it show up on the task manager as an .exe?

hmm, i turned on the fade effect and once again, it shows up for a split second, but it must have been a program MS uses for fade effects. Still not sure why it would pop up on task manager, but o well im leaving it to scroll effect.

and i use windows xp media center
so i guess most windows have that format default as well

and i was wondering if i made my task bar xp instead of media centre (which is upgrade vers) would that make the the comp a little bit faster seeming as media center looks more graphical in terms of appearance.
