... Well. I'm having that popup when i open ms. I just got windows Vista. No i cannot downgrade either. Uhm. Any ideas? I have directX 10. I have no idea about my graphics card and what it's called and how to install. Help please.

It's your graphics card drivers.
You need to use the one's provided by your manifactuer.
Don't know what you have?
Try using Everst home edition.
Really good peice of software that can give information about all of the internals of your computer.
After you find out, go on an internet hunt for the most up-to-date drivers for your card. Good luck.

if this is for MS, then replace ur d3d8.dll w/ another one from any websites you found using Google, this happened to me sometimes when I used permanent windowed mode.
