I get some errors my sound isnt working i think i need some drivers some one give them to me.
I had vista i went to windows xp home edition sp2

Download CPU-Z. Run it, post a picture of the mainboard tab. I'm guessing your sound card is integrated, so with your board information, we'll be able to find the drivers you need.

Try this
Took a moment to find the download button..it's on the left, orange round button. Let me know if they work. Also, set a System Restore point before install.
