- If you're on dial-up, I believe your IP changes each time you connect.

- If you're on DSL/Cable, if you're on a router, turn off your modem for about 5 minutes and it should change

- If you're not on a router, copy/paste the below text into notepad and save it as "whatever.bat" and run it.

ipconfig /flushdns
echo   ipconfig /release
ipconfig /release
echo   ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /renew


To hide your IP, use a proxy server. Unfortunately, I wouldn't know a decent proxy server to use.
