For example odinms, when i click on my char i get the unable to connect to server... so is it possible for them to ban my Hardware ID or something? and might it have something to do with these files in my MS folder?

And if i am hardware id banned is it possible to get rid of it? If so how?

I don't know, try downloading the whole entire OMs stuff and get your IP changed first.

It's possible, although I didn't think they did that on odin. I believe they go by the hardware ID of the NIC, or in your case the router, which would mean a new router.

i know that a network card gots a ID called MAC adress but its changeable just search google

garfield is correct, each device that you are using has it own unique mac address, the nic, routher and modem all have different macs
it is also very possable to ban a mac address of any of those devices thought from what you have said it sounds like they banned the mac address of your nic inside your laptop.
there are programs to change your mac address but you would need a valid mac address for this to work and i dont recommend you to try this, however read up on mac spoofing there are a few tutorials out there that can help you.
