I've tried all i can to clear up harddrive space and it's still not enough, I've done everything, from disk cleanup, defragment, deleting temp files and useless programs, but still can't seem to free up enough...

Any tips?

Get a new harddrive.

If it just can't hold anymore, there isn't a secret way to get more space.

I can't until the end of the school year(june 3rd), is there anyway to scan for those little scraps of files in the harddrive and delete them?

That was the job of disk cleanup and deleting your temps.
