AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor
3200+
2.21 GHz, 384 MB of RAM
Physical Address Exctension

Does that mean i have Single core/Dual core/Quad core

please help me

Means that you dont have dual core, but you got a AMD and MLE dosnt work with that.

single core, otherwise itwould be AMD 64 X2 (dual core) or Phenom (quad core)

It would say core duo of the frount if you had anything but one core

Pentium 4 is single core.
otherwise it would also say dual core

pentium dual and quadcores are:

Core2Duo
Core2Quad
Core2Extreme (faster versions of dual and quad)
Xeon (server cpu's)
Pentium 4 Dualcore-inside
Celeron Dualcore-inside
Itanium (server)
