My friends always say clear your cache its good for ya.

I'm sorry but only clearing history is retarded
there are loads of other ways your parents see where you've been
For ie just go Tools - ioptions - Delete - delete all
Then go to C:\documents and settings\namehere\local settings\temp
and delete it all
Of course it has recently been discovered that Microsoft Saves HIDDEN Files that can literally only be viewed by DOS in cmd by masters and then you have to know where they're kept at
Microsoft gets sent these files if you use Internet explorer and views exactly where you've been.
Another reason to use firefox/opera

Microsoft does use IE to store hidden files that gets sent to them
