http://www.tigerdirect.ca/
Whats your budget?
That would be a pretty much bottom of the line computer today, and would sell for.. not much.
This would be a good plan.

$40
LITE-ON DH-20A4H-08 E-IDE Burner with Lightscribe Technology (RETAIL) - 20x DVD±R, 8x DVD±RW
$70
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB Hard Drive - 7200, 16MB, Serial ATA-300, OEM
$200
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Processor BX80557E6750 - 2.66GHz, 4MB Cache, 1333MHz FSB, Conroe, Dual-Core, Retail, Socket 775, Processor with Fan
$219
Hanns·G HW-194DJB 19" Widescreen LCD Monitor - 5ms, 700:1, WXGA+ 1440x900, DVI, Speakers, Black, Height Adjustable, Full Pivot

WAIIIIIIITTTTTTT
Hold on.
Before I go any furthur, do you want prebuilt?

Ya, a budget would be very helpful.

And I'm sure everyone here will either say go with XP, and maybe one or two would say Linux.

What do you want the computer for (gaming, internet surfing, video editing, etc.)?
Also, giving us a budget would be helpful.

Do you want heavy gaming (Crysis), or just light gaming?

The deciding question: Are you going to buy it completed or a self-build?

Well games like CABAL is probably the game the hardest to run with no lag im going to play.

Currently I got Amd 64 athlon 2.3 GHZ
128 mb graphic
112 gb hard drive
1.37 gb of ram PC3200 (DDR 400)

I want sometning llike that but with a basic dual core processor and DDR2 ram. Good speed, good enough graphics like 128 mb or more, hard drive around 150 gb

I can't remember if newegg ships to Canada, but try http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227048
Depending on what you want to do, you might want to replace the power supply unit, but that should fit your wants just fine.

This one looks good also:

This one looks nice, but I'd go with the first one over this one (for the first one is cheaper and has a better CPU):

You can't really buy the entire computer right now. It should look something like this:

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180 - $60
Motherboard: XFX 680i LT - $100
RAM: 2GB Crucial DDR2-667 PC2 5400 - $40
Video Card: NVIDIA 8600GT XXX - $90
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 250GB 7200RPM 16MB Cache - $70
Monitor: I-inc 19" Wide LCD Monitor - $170
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition - $100
Case: Ultra Grid Mid-Tower ATX + 500W PSU - $60
CPU Fan: Thermaltake fan - $25
Mouse: Microsoft Wired Optical Mouse - $22
Keyboard: Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 - $20
DVD Drive: LG DVD Burner - $23

Total: $780

It's not that I specifically like Micro$oft, it's just that this time they seem to have good prices here.
