You mean their account on computer?
Go in safe mode and login as adminastrator.
Otherwise if they put a pass on admin then I dunno.

Yea, they got a password on the Administrator.
And I can't download anything to bypass the blocks.
And any website with unknown content gets blocked.
So i'm pretty desperate, ya know?

Try disabling features on firewall, or search for all componentns and look for uninstall

Maybe what you are looking for are just settings, try looking inside the Tools >> Internet Options menu.
If it is a block, just walk by as your parents sign in sometimes, watch what they type in, then see what you can access from their account that you couldn't through your own.
