Theres a script for msn messenger plus that lets you do this, there is also another way with just any messenger, but i cànt be stuffed going into details.

as the above people have said it wount allow you to do anything to them at all...

W/ an IP address you can find out what network the computer is connected to, then you can find out the MAC address. Rolling Eyes
