Just about a week or two ago, I went to restart my computer, and at the very first thing that comes up, it get stuck there for like 5 min..and it sounds like my computer has a failing engine that is trying to turn over..
I can't really explain it, but maybe someone will understand..
I've tried system restore and all that junk, nothing worked..
Any ideas on what it might be?

Can you get in with safe mode? Well if you have a Dell, you can run a diagnostic check at start up by holding the Fn key and then click the power button. (Laptops) Not sure if I'm helping at all, but its the least I know about your problem.

Hm, I can get in, it just takes forever for it to load..
I'm going to try the diagnostic check, since I have a Dell.

It might be your CPU, when I upgraded my CPU, I noticed it started to load up slower.
