Okay so... I say this card on newegg for like 240 USD... I was like AWESOME!

Is it good?

Dont suggest to wait for the 9 series... Because i wont, unless they come out in the next week or the beginning of Febuary.

Hold on... Maybe he was on to something. I should wait for the 9 series to come out in Feb., and then the 8800GT will drop down in price because the new 9 series will be all the rage ect....

Hmm, ill think about it.

Is there any certain release date? Like early Feb? late Feb? Mid Feb?

You only have to wait until sometime between February 14-21.

But, that is a good deal. If you can't wait for even just 2 weeks, then you can get it, that card is still one of the best bang-for-the-buck cards out (until GeForce 9).
