over this one

the top one has 10000 rpm,but only 150gb..the second one has 7200 rpm,but it has 750Gb........which one should i go with?

Depends on your needs. If you won't use all that storage, and I can almost guarantee you won't, go for the Raptor, you'll notice the extra speed over a bunch of extra space just sitting there wasted.

or you could just use that as your main one (holds your system/etc) and then just have one for storage. maybe an external.

why not?

because i dont want it just hanging outside of the case,i think itd just be a little more neat to have it inside, but if i ever HAD to get an external then i will, but as long as i have space in the case,im going with the internal.

also i have another question, will this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835888501

be able to cool down this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136011

the reason i ask this is because the HDD has a cover over it,so will the fan still do its purpose?

This thread looked interesting now with the 10000rpm hdd do not do not use it for storage not time for that
Get a simple wd raptor for the os and then hook up a secondary hdd for storage space preferably 7200rpm

Those are great specs, they are about the same as the computer that I'm building. You can downgrade to a 600-650W power supply, i don't think you'd need 750.
