Sounds like the bios-vga connection is broken. Try to reflash your bios, it might help.

It's not suppose to show the BIOS when you start up, You have to press Delete when when it's checking your hard drives/drives and shit.

do you mean like it just shows a picture of your computer brand when you load up instead of any options to go into BIOS?
if that's the case like my computer try some of the hotkeys on that screen when the computer first boots, like f2, or del, or esc. or google what the key is for your computer.
but if that isn't the case then disregard this.

yeah it's probably your monitor or something, just try pressing the button that goes into your BIOS settings, f2, del, esc or something, you should know.

its not the monitor, i've tried it on plenty of monitors.

i need to get in the bios to change which video card my comp uses, integrated is shit.

Turn on your computer, Keep on pressing Delete, even if the screen is black.
If that still doesn't work, Pull out the 2pin Jumper next to your motherboard battery, move it one slot over on the three pins. Turn on your computer, Turn it off again. Put the jumper back where it was originally, I suggest use gloves.
