Go with DDR3 Not DDR2 :] XFX, It looks better. Same thing just looks better. Fan might not be as strong, but I suppose you're not OCing it.

I'll go with the eVGA simple because they have one of the best warranty out there, excellent customer support, and most important of all, is something that no other company has out there, it's the step up program.

It's 10 Dollars More? Last I saw it was 129.99, and that was the 8600GT XXX.

Yeah, it's $10 extra. I believe after rebates though.
