how to you get... like... promoted? from how do i cheat to rookie cheater or whatever the next one is? is it based on the number of posts?

yes its just the number of posts or post count,

it has nothing to do with cheating or programming skill,
it is also not really promotion, its just a different posting rank,

I have a grandmaster cheater rank only because I have 590 odd posts.

if you post in random spam it does not add to your post count,
if you spam to much you can get warnings(yellow flags) or bans(red flags) under your avatar, so dont make lots of posts just to get your post count up,
