hi i ws just playing pokemon yellow trying to get enough game coins for the vulpix, when i had the thought i could just use cheatengine on the emulator and change how many coins i have, im not sure how to hack this game using cheatengine, tryed scanning and searching the ammount of coibns but no luck?

try a 2 byte scan for money
and if that fails, try a 1 byte value fro money, even if your value is higher than 255.
Then when you've found it you can edit it in the hexeditor part. (in case it's byteswapped, remember that the byte BEFORE the one you found determine how big it becomes, not the one AFTER like on intel cpu's)
