Y some settings disable after using windows vista???

well duh, vista sucks, of course stuff won't work on there

most ppl have xp sp1 or 2, pro or home, some 2000... so if u want 2 run/make do anything related to hacking gg or ms...run (recommend)xp ...cause if u need help most ppl can help ...and everything works and is created on xp -_-
