I am trying to find the pointers for X, Y, and Z coordinates but I can not use the method specified in the tutorial to find them because the XYZ coordinates are float values and when I open the debugger in cheat engine, my client closes.

Any other recommendations?

If you cannot open the debugger I don't think you will be able to find the pointer.
