Hey guys i got a lot of suggestions if you all plan on releasing cheat engine v5.4 (or whatever the next one will be)
Ok so here are the suggestions:
Make another scan type called Same as first scan- that scans for the value that was there on the first scan
In trainer making, after i have placed a hot key thing into the trainer, it would be nice if i would be able to edit it, in case i make a mistake.
In trainer making, make it so that instead of just writing to or freezing a value, you could add or subtract numbers from the value. For example, if you found the address for altitude in the game, and you wanted to make a super jump cheat, you would want the game to add a number to the current height, and allow the user to drop down, making it seem like the user has jumped. Logically, you would say, you should freeze the address at some value and allow for decrease. This would not work, as there are many altitudes in the game, and you would not know what altitude to freeze it at, because you do not have a reference as to where the player currently is. Also if i did do that, preceding the super jump, a user might get stuck, and not be able to walk up a flight of stairs or something
You guys should add a new scan type at the very beginning when you are doing First Scan, that gives Cheat Engine the ability to scan for all of the types of memory. For example, if you want to find the address for infinite ammo in a game, you will be wasting time trying to find out if the value is a 2 byte, 4 byte, 8 byte, Float, etc. So having an option that scans for all memory types would be great
Make it so that in trainer making you can have the ability to make the trainer play a song when you press a button. For example you could hook up to make it play sandstorm or something under a hot key whose effect would be to play kick ass music.

Yay for suggestions!
Auto Assemble:
I suggest, like a lot of modded versions of CE have, putting a button on the main UI to bring up the Auto Assemble page. I don't like having to navigate all the way to the memory view (especially when the memory view is impossible to navigate when doing CE client/server sessions).
Assembled Script:
When you add in the [ENABLE] and [DISABLE] into a script, and then place it in your cheat table, I'd like those to be separate from single addresses found through searching. I don't like them to be all mixed up in the same text area. So, I suggest those be put into a separate area/window/etc.
Advanced Options be renamed to Code List and the Direct x-mess be brought to the main screen.
The "Pause Game" and "Create Trainer" buttons be moved from Advanced options to the main screen.
Along with assignable groups, have the colors for each group changeable. _________________
