this restarts windows... so it logs u off
yeah it would be nice to put it start with windows
and like after 3 secs u would log off again

or, Shell "shutdown...."
yeah of course you can use the APIs but, in places like school comps, APIs dont work any better than shells.
Do you have shell in C / C++?

i have a .bat file which reboots every time u start windows, but this one only restarts windows

Btw, putting it in startup is stupid, you can just go into safe mode and remove it.
