what is DCLMCN~1.cab?
(~1 = *, means that the file name is longer... it might be DCLMCNDGFHEJFKENMDHFJRNMFHR.cab... =\)

i get this error... 1311 on delphi install...
Error 1311. Source file not found. (C:\Documents and settings\%username%\DCLMCN~1.cab)
Verify that you have this file and that you can access it.

[Retry] [Cancle]

does some1 has this file for delphi install?
what is .CAB files anyway..?

I belive i had an error like this, or something else. But i was able to click Ignore?

Cab stands for Cabinet. It consists of compressed files, in a single file.

And no I don't have the file you are asking for.

so how am i going to install delphi? O_o
i tried google lol 1 result =(
and i asked people with same delphi like mine and they didnt had that file or that error =\
should i try another delphi?

What version of delphi are you trying to install?
