| make sure ce isn't hex edited and that all files are present
and disable ALL security on your system. No av, no firewall, no secure boot, no vm protection |

| i turned on kernelmode debugger then I cannot use it, everytime i open CE, this dialog pops up " the driver couldn't be opened! It's not loaded or not responding. I recommend to reboot your system and try again." is there any solution for this? | |
