0000051: CE 5.4.2 - Cannot add pointer

Again, only one result, and again, I get the same error message when I double-click it. I am not sure where I was supposed to sent the file, so I post it here - it is a few bytes only anyway; I encoded these using Total Commander - I hope you can decode either one of these (they are the same).
