0000026: Save window positions/sizes

Description

It would be nice if CE would save the window positions.
I find myself re-arranging windows every time I start CE (and debugging).
It would save some time if the "environment" could be preserved somehow.
It could save the window positions on exit, or whenever a window is moved to a new position/resize - it does not really matter how exactly it works.
Also - I am not sure whether this is possible - it would be nice if the separator/panel positions/sizes within the windows could be saved.
At this point, any improvement would be nice.

Additional Information

Any way to keep specific windows "always on top" when necessary?
