| Did you at least read how to use Cheat Engine? Downloaded the game and discovered about 4 cheats in 5min you should try to do something before posting and hope that everyone else do the job for you.

Well, one way that is impossibly easy is walk all the way to the left, search unknown, walk right, search increased, left decreased, right increased... do this until you have like 1-15 values left... freeze 1 by 1 and walk left or right... when its working you'll snap back to the frozen point.
freeze in the middle, hold left or right, and hold jump...
or you can hack the Y coord, but its not gonna be so easy 
EDIT: Here's a good newbie one:
Make a code-cave from:
0040F0ED
to:
00400019
make it 20 long. you'll need it.
go to the code cave, move the jmp to the bottom, then place the "mov [eax+28],ebx" right above it.
now above that assemble in a "add ebx,[eax+28]"
your points will rise extremely fast.... and you dont even have to move.... if you write that line twice in a row, the game FREAKS OUT. its fun.
