Is it possible to write a variable in the Value Text Field in a Address?

For example I have two Addresses:

1. Health
2. Max Health

So Max Health has a Value of 167.

So I want to change the Health Value to the Max Health Value but I want to use a Variable that allows me to automatically set it to the Max Health even if the Max Health Value changed itself by the game.
