I love that you've expanded the file types that the trainer music player can play, this opens up so many doors for music selection, and was originally why I decided to deviate to C# with my RE3/5 trainers, but ended up needing C# in the end anyway.
Anyway, I've ported Godown.uwx to IT, and it sounds fine in Impulse Tracker on DOSBox, but sounds fucking TERRIBLE on the trainer. (It's missing the most important instrument, and some of the drums are off sync). Here's my IT file if you need it: https://www.mediafire.com/file/i636qj8tih27vh4/Godown.rar
I'd suggest using MilkyTracker (I use a fork of it called SharpMik in my C# trainers and it's near perfect) instead of whatever you're using now, as it's much better at supporting all the tracker formats I've thrown at it. https://github.com/milkytracker/MilkyTracker
If you want to go Windows specific, OpenMPT has a really good playback module for (I'd say) 90% compatibility. https://lib.openmpt.org/doc/quickstart.html
