Cheat Engine

Howzit guys/girls.

Please assist, I am having some issues with Speed Hack.

I have:
Cheat Engine 6.6
Windows 8.1 (x64) Professional

When trying to run certain games like Strider (2015) a platform game, or Arx Fatalis an RPG, and Owl Boy, another platformer. I get the following message right after I click/tick the Speed Hack box in Cheat Engine: "Failed configuring speedhack part 1 : offset too big!". Then I cannot use speed hack at all on the games. The tick does not stay in the little box, speedhack will not switch on.

I have reinstalled Cheat Engine, removed it's old directory, etc. No luck.

It is not just these two games, but many others.

Hoping someone can assist. I will make a list of games if someone shows interest.
