Uh, basically i don't want to change my stats its just that i got a new character whos level 2 but my other members are level 15. hes really good and i want to add xp to him because i cant grind him only and i want my whole team to be equal

Use the Cheat Engine tutorial to learn how to scan and change basic values. Use that information to scan for and locate your XP value and adjust it as you see fit to get your character up to what you want it to be.
