Blue Screen when Open Process (Win 10 x64)

I try to change VEH, Window, Kernel debugger and turn on / off Extra setting
But it's always get blue screen with error : "What did : dbk64.sys"
I searched more in forum and using google, but there are not results for my problem. Please help me.

P/S: I also wanna use Kernel Debugger (I clicked on "Your systems supports DBKM" and get version 9) but it's aways get blue screen with this error message "What did : dbk64.sys"

What did you check in the Edit -> Settings -> Extra menu?

don't use kernelmode query memory regions for now

I unchecked extra and checked extra, it's also get blue screen

I dont use it Sad Sad

I tried to use VEH debugger or Window debugger and uncheck extra settings, it's alse get blue screen with error message : What did: dbk64.sys

My problem solved
Because my windows 10, I downloaded from microsoft and it's work fine xD

Sorry, how did you fix it? I am getting fault in non-paged area BSOD when i try to open a process.
