Not enough space for title. What I mean is that let's say you know what the value is going to be after you change something in your game, but there are so many values you can't find it. Is there a way to search for it or do I really have to scroll through over almost 1 million values to find the changed one? (I don't know the 'name'/ID of the changed thing, but I know what value it will be). Please help! Sad

Is it being emulated? Do you know the search range? Does the value change ever again? If 'no' to all of these, maybe try ultimap.

It's on Pcsx2. The starter value is '0', then the value after will be 1. However I cannot find it as there is over 200 million other zeroes.

repeat scanning for 1 until it changes to something else again (that removes the unrelated addresses)

A bit confused by that. What do you mean by 'repeat scanning'? And wouldn't it just show all the 1's?

if you scan for 1 again, all addresses that changed from 1 to something else will get removed
since it's likely the other addresses are more volatile than the value you're looking for , you should be able to cut down on the amount of results

It's been a while, so I don't recall, but typically, emulators have a load/save state function that will allow you to find whatever it is that you're looking for.

Search for value 0. Save state. Let value change to 1. Search for value 1. Load state.
Search for value 0. Let value change to 1. Search for value 1. Load state. etc.
