I can binary for bits 0 from
0173CB4F to 0173DC94

But after scan I always have like address lesser than 0173CB4F showing up
(ex. 173CB48^0)

the start and stop address are only capable of filtering with blocks of 8 byte.
so the scan actually starts from 0173cb48

just don't add the addresses that are lower than what you need
